    We are quite a new company, formed in march 2004 and have used our extensive engineering knowledge to great effect. We are already working with some of the biggest names in aero-engine manufacture, defence as well as international tooling manufacturers and major OEMs.

    We have at our disposal full machine-shop capabilities including 5-axis machining as well as a growing range of metrology testing units, a comprehensive electronics laboratory and an extensive polymers facility. This gives us an unrivaled position for working with customers to find the best solution to increasing performance and production efficiency.

    We formed the company to exploit recent advances in technology that enable deep cryogenic processing to become a commercially viable option for all companies and individuals looking to enhance materials performance in some way.

    We have invested in a ‘state-of-the-art’ cryogenic processor that enables us to operate in a temperature range from -195°C to over 300°C with an accuracy of 1/2°C every 30 seconds using an ‘onboard’ plc to control and a remote pc to monitor. These tight controls allow us to repeat processes with pinpoint accuracy and so delivering repeat quality.

    The internal dimensions are 1.5 x 0.75 x 0.75m and a weight capacity of 1.7 tonnes. the largest component we have processed to date is a 6” diameter shaft that was 74” long weighing just over 200 kg.

    We are currently working with Universities on new applications as well as empirical research into the effects of deep cryogenic treatment on various materials. We are exploring, with major OEMs and their supply chains, ways to improve key components and reduce manufacturing costs.
